If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within seven (7) days of purchase.

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return within thirty (30) days of purchase. Thrice does not cover returns for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. All purchases that are shipped outside the United States are FINAL SALE.       

You can return your purchases from Thrice by mail. Proof of purchase may be required. Please retain all packaging material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.

We will respond within one business day with instructions for your return, as well as a pre-paid shipping label.
All refunds will be refunded to the original payment type within five business days of receipt of return.
